Each week throughout the high school season, we will announce the Prep Baseball Oregon Pitcher and Hitter of the Week, recognizing standout performances from across the state. With numerous players excelling both at the plate and on the mound, this award will be based on nominations submitted through our POTW Google Form.

Additionally, we will continue our Oregon Diamond Notes to highlight other deserving players nominated by coaches who were not selected as the Pitcher or Hitter of the Week.

This week's Hitter of the Week is '25 C Cody Roletto (Ida B. Wells).

Cody Roletto C / 2B / Ida B Wells, OR / 2025 Rankings  StateRank: 55 / POS: 8 Roletto wins HOTW for week 6 of Oregon HS action, hitting .857 with 4 doubles and a triple last week. The senior also drove in 5 and scored 5 runs. Roletto was last seen at Prep Baseball's PNW State Games last summer and is committed to play college baseball at Ohlone College next year.
