Liberty vs Juanita

Liberty

’25 LHP Ryan Boehm (Liberty)
Projectable, lean body with an efficient 3 pitch mix. Fastball works up to 89 but operates around the mid 80’s with angle. Slider features a 3/4 break and commands it in the zone. Split is a usable change of pace type pitch. The Whitworth commit picked up the win with 4 innings allowing 1 ER on 6 hits with a BB and 3 K. Also went 1-4 with a R & RBI at the plate.

’25 OF Jackson Bell (Liberty)
Athletic OF with solid run tool. Centered approach at the plate with a linear path to the ball. Keeps it simple and is willing to work a count. Went 1-3 with a R, BB, RBI and 3 IP in relief. Offers some intriguing upside with a projectable frame, especially with the speed tool.

‘25 1B Konner Erickson (Liberty)
Lefty stick went 2-3 on the day showing the ability to let the ball work deeper into the zone and get on-plane early with a flat, level swing path. Hits from a taller, balanced set up with few moving parts and some looseness in the hands/wrists.

‘25 C Trevor Snow (Liberty)
Polished, mature senior hitter showed well across multiple events in the preseason and put together a quality showing at the plate in this look going 2-3 with a BB. Hits with a tight, compact swing and has a knack for getting the barrel to the ball. Quality swing decisions with a good approach. Uncommitted.

Juanita

’25 Jonah Schroeder (Juanita)
Physical, XL framed R/R corner bat with present strength. Looks to do damage at the plate with a lofty path and strength through the zone. Defensive fit is likely 1B  but has enough arm strength to offer versatility in corner OF as well. The ball jumped off the bat on this look, finishing with a 2-4 line with a 2B and 2 RBI. Tacoma CC commit.

’26 Ronan Scoffield (Juanita)
Intriguing LHH wiry OF with bat to ball skills. Sneaky athlete that can hold his own in the OF. Simple LH stroke with the ability to put the ball in play. The athlete has some upside and could show value with a steady performance at the plate. Uncommitted.

Issaquah vs. Mt. Si

Mount Si

’25 INF Taylor Davis (Mt Si)
Steady ball player with feel at the plate. Balance approach from the right side, looks to drive a gap but isn’t afraid to add some loft when he wants. Athletic defender and ultra utility type skill set. Impressive offensive performance on this look. Had no problem putting the bat to the ball vs arguably one of the better arms he will face all spring. Went 3-4 on the night with a 2B and run scored. Umpqua CC commit. 3-4, 2B, R

’26 INF/P Jimmy Pratapas (Mt. Si)
Physical, large framed and stocky corner bat with strength in his swing. Simple and direct lower half with no stride approach. Lets the hands create angle to elevate and has the strength to drive the gaps. Steady glove with enough arm to stick on the left side. Took some healthy hacks and held his own vs quality stuff while finishing 1-3 on the night. Could see some additional power production down the road. Uncommitted

’25 OF Matthew Talbot (Linn Benton)
Lean right-handed hitting outfielder with upside and athleticism. Simple, efficient mechanics at the plate with a linear stroke. Solid runner in the OF and his reads allow him to cover ground easily. Could find a home at any spot in the OF. Showed a mature approach at the plate, collecting 2 hits and 2 RBI on the night. Has the frame to fill out and could tap into some power as he matures and adds loft to his swing. Linn Benton CC commit

’26 RHP Jayce Riden (Mt. Si)
Medium framed RHP with room to fill. Showed an efficient pitch mix on this look. Attacks with a FB/CB combo and showed ability to command both in the zone. Works from a quicker tempo with a clean lower half. Arm stroke stays compact with a high 3/4 release. Liked the aggressiveness with the stuff and everything looks to be  trending in the right direction. Pitched a competitive 4 innings allowing 2 runs on 3 hits with 3 BB and 3 K.

Issaquah

’25 RHP Hudson Carvalho (Issaquah)
Lean, large framed upside arm with 4 pitch mix. Arm works with a quick stroke and 3/4 release snapping out front. Delivery is simple, direct, with a drop and glide. Fastball had a bit of a late kick to it working upper 80’s to low 90’s T93. Best secondary was the curve, showing depth in the zone. Slider showed promise with a tighter break and his change had depth at times. The outing had a rocky start but showed the ability to adjust and he improved as he went, polishing up both command and his breaking ball. Although it wasn’t the best outing, his ability to deal with adversity was impressive. Projectable body with present arm speed gives him a real shot at picking up more velo and with added polish, he could have a few weapons in his repertoire. Oregon commit

‘27 INF Seika Saito
Smaller framed, wiry MIF with bat to ball skills. Showcased the ability to put the bat to the ball and had a few quality at bats on the night. Steady glove at second and can make the routine play. Finished 1-3 with a RB

Skyline vs Bothell

Bothell

’25 Teyton Hardeman (Bothell)
Medium framed athlete with wiry build. Simple LH Stroke, throwing his hands to the ball to force contact. Line drive type hitter that gains traction out of the box. Did a little bit of everything today, going 2-5 at the plate with a double and RBI. Also got the start for the Cougars, pitching 4.1 innings with 5 runs on 6 hits. Despite pitching through a lot of traffic, he kept it competitive and was a tough look for same side hitters.

‘25 Blake Skinner (Bothell)
Simple approach with steady rhythm. Gets good separation and attacks with a downhill path. Steady defender that will likely fit in at 2B or 3B depending on how the body fills out and matures. Chance to be a steady defender on the dirt mild offensive impact for the Trojans. Showed a quiet day at the plate, finishing 1-1 with a BB and HBP. Everett CC commit

’25 Nolan LeDoux (Bothell)
Large, sturdy build with thump in the bat. Corner profile, confident presence in the box, throws his hands and lets them work through the zone. Racked up a 3-4 night with a 2B, 3B, and 4 RBI while making it look easy. Whitworth football commit. .

Skyline

‘25 Braden Bartholomae (Skyline)
Steady ball player with energy and presence. Large framed with present maturity. Defended well behind the dish with the makeup expected of the position. Shows promise offensively with a grounded lower half, generating power from his base and a flat path, using the whole field. Power has consistently improved without compromising contact ability. Impressed by the mature approach, finishing the game with a 2-4 night with a 2B and 2 RBI. Southeastern University commit.

‘25 Mason Pirello (Skyline)
Upside athlete with sneaky twitch and an offensive profile trending up. The Future Games alum made a 3-3 night look easy with his confident approach. Lets the ball travel and works his hands through the middle, showing mature swing decisions. Exciting athletic profile and plus run tool. Has a real chance to stay at a premium position. Washington State commit
