Each week throughout the high school season, we will announce the Prep Baseball Washington Pitcher and Hitter of the Week, recognizing standout performances from across the state. With numerous players excelling both at the plate and on the mound, this award will be based on nominations submitted through our POTW Google Form.
Additionally, we will continue our Washington Diamond Notes to highlight other deserving players nominated by coaches who were not selected as the Pitcher or Hitter of the Week.

The UCLA commit wins Hitter of the Week in week 5 of high school action after a massive offensive week, slugging four home runs and hitting .667 overall. The senior also walked three times and scored 8 runs. Madonna is the 5th ranked senior in the state and a great offensive talent. |
