The Prep Baseball Nevada High School Player of the Week highlights the best performance for a Nevada High School player from the previous week. The Ohlone College commit and Senior Future Games alum was swinging a hot bat this past week as he picked up a trio of multi-hit games, highlighted by a two home run, two doubles performance in North Valleys 15-0 win over Hug on Saturday. Birch is now batting well above .500 following his ten hits this week and he also added ten RBI and 12 runs scored. The senior shortstop will be a key piece down the stretch here as postseason play slowly approaches.
