The Missouri Scout Blog provides insider information and scouting notes from the Prep Baseball Scouting Staff during the season. This running blog will feature information on underclass prospects, unsigned seniors, draft prospects, and anything else that is notable. We will provide a wide range of information, including player evaluations, velocities, pop times, home to first times, and more. Simply put, the Missouri Scout Blog is loaded with information collected via our boots-on-the-ground coverage of the state's high school season.

ST. LOUIS PATRIOTS VS. DUCHESNE

Uncommitted. Built with plenty of physicality at 6-foot, 225-pounds, Forest brings imposing strength to the box and generates consistent upper-90s exit velocities with a compact, powerful left-handed swing. A 2024 Future Games alum, he drove in a run in this look with a well-struck single back up the middle out of the cleanup spot for the Pioneers. With his raw power and presence at the plate, Forest remains a name to watch as he continues to polish his game.
