Today we are releasing the first edition of the Small School Top 10 for the 2025 season. This ranking release is from VHSL Class 1 & 2 schools from across the state. Take a look at some notes on a few teams from inside the rankings.

• The Auburn Eagles check in at the number one spot in the first small school ten rankings. They have dominated competition early, with the offense firing on all cylinders and the pitching staff having multiple one run outings. 

• Patrick County comes in at the number four spot. They started the year 0-3 and have caught fire and won eight straight. They have picked up the momentum and looks to extend their win streak. 

• The Riverheads Gladiators come in at the number eight spot. The offense has been strong early, putting up sixty-nine runs in their first seven games.
