Uncommitted 2025 Prospects

Ethan Simmons, 3B, JH Rose HS, 2025

One of the top uncommitted bats still on the board in NC. Stands 5-foot-11, 190 pounds. Aggressive in the box with feel for the barrel. Showed an ability to be on time and drive the baseball to the pull side. Tall and open from the right side. Vertical bat with the hands set just off his chest. Good pre-pitch rhythm settles into an average stride, back to even, with a rhythmic hand load pushing back. Solid bat speed. Some whip through the zone. Has shown an ability to produce facing solid arms this spring for Rose.
