Oregon Uncommitted Spotlight - '27 OF Ryder Curtiss

As we move through the offseason, Prep Baseball Oregon features an Uncommitted Spotlight, where we highlight standout performers who have attended a Prep Baseball ID event this year. Uncommitted spotlights are meant to showcase players that Prep Baseball Scouts felt showed standout tools, large improvements in overall game, or potential upside moving forward. College coaches and recruiters should be sure to keep an eye on these prospects in the coming months.
This week, we spotlight '27 OF Ryder Curtiss. The junior from Sam Barlow High School put together a well-rounded showcase at the Eugene Summer ID at PK Park this summer.
A medium-framed athlete with tools, Curtiss' showcase was highlighted by mid-90's exit velocities and throws up to 86 MPH from the outfield. Below is a complete breakdown of the player, including scouting reports and video from the event.
