Shelby County RHP/C Foster Whisman was dominant on the mound in week one for the Rockets. The former Team Kentucky Future Games member was great in his two starts against North Oldham and Southern. The Pellississippi State commit will look to continue his dominance on the mound as well as handle the duties behind the plate. For his efforts in week one, Whisman is the week one Prep Baseball Kentucky Pitcher of The Week.
