2025 KSHSAA Player of the Week: Week 5

Andy Urban
Regional Supervisor

Each week during the high school season, we will be announcing the Prep Baseball KS Player of the Week. We will rely on submissions from high school coaches and others by way of email ([email protected]) or DM on X (twitter). Nominations should include player name, grad year, position, and stat line. The Kansas High School Player of the Week will be released every Tuesday after noon. This week had the most nominations we have ever received with some of the most impressive numbers we have ever seen, making the selection a difficult process. We will cover all players nominated for player of the week in our Diamond Notes article that comes out on Wednesday's.

Thank you to each high school coach who submitted a nomination for this week's awards.

Let's take a look at the Player of the Week for Week 4 (April 21th-April 28th):

Jordan Miller SS / RHP / Spring Hill, KS / 2026

Miller was just one walk away from perfection on April 25th against Hays. The two-way prospect was dominant on the mound going the distance tossing a no-hitter and punching out 12.
