Rising Stars on the Radar: 2028 RHP/OF Robert Pasquarello (Plymouth-Whitemarsh)

Nathan Goranson
Northeast Scout

Pasquarello is a swift, twitchy two-way prospect from Eastern Pennsylvania. He is a right-handed pitcher and a left-handed hitting outfielder that possesses a 5-foot-10, 157-pound lean frame with room for growth and development.

On the mound, his natural ability to move down the slope is immediately apparent. Pasquarello has shown smooth and controlled mechanics paired with an elastic like arm action that jolts the ball to the plate. He has a three-pitch mix with a fastball, changeup and curveball. His fastball sits 82-84 mph and tops 85 mph with a spin rate up to 2,360 rpm. The changeup is 74-77 mph, and his curveball is 64-67 mph. His changeup has shown noticeable downward fade and induced whiffs from righties and lefties. The combination of his projectable frame and athletic movement patterns are indicators for his continuous progression.

Offensively, Pasquarello is also a twitchy, smooth mover in the batter’s box. The left-handed hitting outfielder has produced a max exit velocity of 90 mph with a sweet-spot percentage of 75 percent. He hits from a moderate leg kick with efficient synchronization in his upper half and lower half. He utilizes a deep barrel turn with a bat path that covers the entire zone.

Overall, Pasquarello is a twitchy, athletic two‑way prospect with a lean, projectable frame, showing smooth, elastic actions on the mound with an 82–85 mph fastball and advanced changeup feel, while also flashing left‑handed offensive upside with a balanced, efficient move to the ball and consistent barrel control.
