As we conclude 2025, Prep Baseball Washington continues our series of Player Spotlights. Prep Baseball spotlights aim to showcase players that Prep Baseball Scouts felt showed standout tools, large improvements in overall game, or potential upside moving forward. Today, we spotlight '28 OF/RHP Hewson Spencer. The sophomore out of West Valley High School showed upside on both sides of the baseball in Eugene, running his fastball into the low 80's while posting low 90's exit velocities.
