UNCOMMITTED STANDOUTS

+ OF Gunnar Swanson (Madison Ridgeland Academy) is a player we knew from Prep Baseball tournaments but this was our first time to see him in in-state action and he was impressive. The left handed hitting centerfielder was athletic and used a synced up swing with aggression at the plate as he picked up two hits on the night. Swanson shows quickness out of the box and should serve as a solid leadoff option for the Patriots.
