Washington Uncommitted Spotlight - '26 C/RHP Joseph Foss

As the Washington high school baseball season continues, Prep Baseball features an Uncommitted Spotlight, where we highlight standout performers that attended a Prep Baseball Preseason ID event this year. Uncommitted spotlights are meant to showcase players that Prep Baseball Scouts felt showed standout tools, large improvements in overall game, or potential upside moving forward. College coaches and recruiters should be sure to keep an eye on these prospects in the coming months.

This week, we spotlight 2026 C/RHP Joseph Foss. The junior out of Issaquah High School was most recently seen at PNW Preseason All-State this winter.

A 5'9 athlete, Foss posted some impressive numbers this winter, including a 2.00 second pop time and a peak exit velocity of 93.1 MPH. Below is a complete breakdown of the player, including video and scouting reports from the event.
