The fall presents a unique time where players are in a rhythm from playing consistent baseball throughout the spring and summer. Standout performances can lead to invites to some of Prep Baseball's top events in 2026, including PNW Preseason All-State, Future Games, and PNW State Games.

Quick Hits
'27 RHP/3B Rhyse Elder (West Valley)
The West Valley prospect showcased some increased physicality and led the event in several major metrics over the weekend. Elder produced some of the more impressive BP rounds in the morning, leaving the yard with towering blasts to the pull side with exit velocities up to 101.3 MPH and a peak batted ball distance of 401 feet. The raw power from the right side translated to gameplay, where he hit a loud double off the wall to LF. Elder also dominated on the mound in-game, where he featured a FB up to 85.9 MPH paired with a sharp breaking ball that flashed plus and generated whiffs. A corner INF type defensively, Elder also led the event with 85 MPH throws across the infield. Name to know heading into his junior season.
'26 RHP Jackson Faris (Clackamas)
The pitcher-only racked up plenty of swing and miss in his three innings of work on the mound, showcasing an athletic delivery from the right side. The imposing 6'4, 205 pound frame worked through a high-intent delivery with a power FB/CB arsenal. Faris mostly attacked with the FB. generating ride from a high slot release and working the pitch up to 83 MPH. The CB took on more of an 11/5 shape at 71-73 MPH, best when located down out of the zone at nearly 2400 RPM on average. The senior has plenty to dream on and joins what should be one of the best pitching staffs in Oregon at Clackamas.
'27 INF Colin Fierro (Newport)
The middle infielder displayed a sound, mature overall game both in the workout and gameplay portions of Fall Games. Fierro stayed within himself with a compact RH stroke, shooting balls up to 93 MPH with a max batted ball distance of 345 feet in BP rounds. The Newport product stays strong in his lower half with loose wrists through contact, showcasing bat to ball skill. Fierro got rewarded in-game with a base hit the other way and hit another ball hard for a tough luck out. The defensive actions at SS were smooth and controlled, with 82 MPH throws across the diamond.
'27 C/RHP Ryan Gresham (Sunset)
The now junior should see some more varsity run in a 6A state champion high school program, and his skillset impressed over the weekend at Fall Games. The 5'9 bat can generate some bat speed from the right side with exit velocities north of 90 MPH in BP. Gresham also showed progress at the catcher position since his previous look last winter, limiting passed balls and improving his best pop time to 2.03 seconds. The righty can also hold his own in the infield and on the mound, where he threw strikes in a shorter stint. Versatile player.
'27 SS/RHP Ryan McPherson (Union)
The lean 6'1 junior showcased well and carries one of the higher upsides moving forward out of the Fall Games. The right arm featured a longer, fluid delivery, setting a new personal best with a FB up to 83.8 MPH. Relied primarily on a low-70's SL in this look, but has flashed a four-pitch mix in the past. The strike throwing ability led to some quick innings and could translate to a starter's profile moving forward. The 7.2 runner also had 83 MPH throws from the INF and exit velocities north of 90 MPH at the plate. McPherson put together a great performance, coming off of a similarly strong look at State Games this summer.
'28 LHP/OF Landen Pratt (Hood River Valley)
One of the bigger winners on the mound, Pratt dominated over two innings of work, carving through the older competition. Pratt's lower spin arsenal featured a FB at 78-81 T81.8, thrown from a higher 3/4 slot with some sinking action. The lefty mixed in a slower CB and sharper SL to keep hitters off-balance. Few arms made it look easier in gameplay, as Pratt worked a scoreless appearance with very few, if any, hard hit balls allowed. The righthanded bat also added a base hit in gameplay and had 85 MPH throws from the OF to cap off his afternoon, with a confident style of play apparent throughout.
'27 1B/RHP Otis Schlede (West Seattle)
Schlede showcased two-way ability and could enter his upperclassman years as a major contributor for West Seattle. The 6'3 prospect is more 1B-only at this point with long levers able to make the routine play. At the plate, Schlede found barrel after barrel in BP rounds, with a peak EV of 93.9 MPH and a best batted ball distance of 349 feet. On the mound, Schlede sat 78-80 MPH with cutting action on a higher spin fastball, paired with a SL featuring over 2300 RPM of spin on average. Junior to watch.
'29 C Isaiah Rodriguez (Tumwater)
The freshman more than held his own as one of the youngest players at the event, showing some intriguing tools to follow moving forward. The compact-frame moved well behind the plate with 7.3 speed in the 60, leading to a best pop time of 1.98 seconds. The throws were consistently on or around the bag with a sound in-game look in controlling the run game. The righty bat set in a more upright, open stance with a waterfalling action and acceleration in the barrel through contact, already posting exit velocities up to 89 MPH.
'27 INF/RHP Joseph Vachter (McNary)
The two-way junior featured a hard-nosed, aggressive style of play as a middle infielder and on the mound. Vachter began his day by delivering some of the most consistent BP rounds, peaking with a 91.1 MPH EV while averaging 86 MPH. The swing remained under control with a repeatable, middle of the field approach. Vachter ran the FB up over 80 MPH for strikes on the mound, working in a SL/CH to change speeds. The righty arm released from a lower 3/4 slot, resulting in some sinking action on the FB to the bottom of the zone. Productive showing.
