2025 Most Viewed Profiles: No. 6 SS/RHP Paul Barnett

As we close the book on 2025 and turn our attention toward a new year, we continue our annual tradition of spotlighting the Top-25 Most Viewed Profiles from the past calendar year. Using data gathered through Google Analytics, our staff has compiled a list of the 25 prospects whose Prep Baseball profiles generated the most traffic in 2025. Many of the players featured delivered standout performances at various Prep Baseball events throughout the year, helping elevate their visibility and interest.
Beginning December 7th, we’ll count down the list from No. 25 to No. 1, with the top spot being revealed on December 31st. Continuing this year’s countdown is SS/RHP Paul Barnett, a 2027 Alabama commit from Mountain Brook, who lands at No. 6.

The Alabama commit showcased his loud toolset as a member of Team Alabama at this summer’s Prep Baseball Future Games, standing out with a 7.08 60-yard dash, 94 mph infield velocity, and a top exit velocity of 102.5 mph. Built on a projectable 6-3, 175-pound frame, Barnett brings impact on both sides of the ball, including fastball velocity that has climbed to 93 mph on the mound. The younger brother of former Alabama No. 1 prospect Caleb Barnett, Paul has firmly established himself as one of the most dynamic and high-upside players in the state, committing to Alabama in October and continuing to trend upward as a premier two-way prospect. |
