Top Run Tool Class of 2028

Mason Biernacki OF / RHP / Penn High School, IN / 2028 Rankings  StateRank: 5 / POS: 2 OverallRank: 144 / POS: 36

Biernacki was a spark plug at the top of the lineup for the Indiana Bulls Black 2028s this summer, helping them earn co-champion honors at the Midwest Premier Super 15. A quick-twitch athlete, Biernacki lit up the tools sheet with a 100 mph exit velocity, 92 mph outfield velocity, and a 6.61 60-yard dash — numbers that firmly place him in our top five runners in the 2028 class. Biernacki also stood amongst the top of every leaderboard at the 2025 Midwest Super Sophomore Games.
