Minnesota's Super 60 Pipeline: Looking Back On The State's Contributors

Every year at the Super 60, players make their mark and give reason to be followed closely throughout the spring. The 24th edition of the event took place February 2nd, 2025 with top 2025 prospects from across the U.S. and Canada. It was an electric day, with loud rounds of batting practice and some eye-opening bullpen sessions. As always, there were several top draft prospects who came into the event with high expectations--and met them--as well as others who raised their stock.
This coming year's Super 60 event will take place on February 2nd, 2026 in Chicago. With that event ahead, let's take a look back at those who participated from the great state of Minnesota.

Easton Breyfogle posted a .244/.320/.419 line with 5 home runs in 52 games as sophomore at the University of Arizona in 2025.

Infield Velocity
Seth Halvorsen was select in three times by Minnesota (2018), Philadelphia Phillies (2021), and Colorado Rockies (2023). Halvorsen signed with Colorado and rose quickly through the system as a pitcher, making his MLB debut on August 30th, 2024 against the Baltimore Orioles. His average fastball velocity of 100.9 is tied for 5th highest in baseball in the 2025 season.

Catcher Velocity
After being selected by the Milwaukee Brewers in the 17th round of the 2021 MLB draft, the Mounds View native opted to attend Arizona State. As a true freshman, the catcher/outfielder hit .299/.326/.575 with nine home runs. In 2024, Will Rogers transferred to Michigan where he has been a two-way player for the Wolverines. He recently participated in the MLB Draft League.
