Familar Names at the Top
Seattle Academy RHP and Vanderbilt commit Eli Herst maintains his top spot in the Washington 2026 rankings yet again. Since the last update to the 2026 rankings in August, Herst pitched at the Prep Baseball All American Game at Loan Depot Park in Miami against some of the best competition across the country. Herst's second appearance at the highest national invite event was successful, as the lean righty spun a scoreless inning and flashed his impressive arsenal on the mound. The 6'6 arm mixed in a fastball at 89-91 & nearly 2500 RPM with a mid-80's changeup and a curveball at 75-78 MPH, utilizing his long frame well to generate extension and in-zone whiffs. The top arm in the state capped off another stellar year with his outing in Miami, and was also seen up to 93.4 MPH this summer at PNW State Games in Vancouver.

Elsewhere in the top ten, a pair of other arms maintained their spots after strong summer looks. Richland RHP/1B Michael Revell put together one of the more dominant appearances at PNW State Games, running his fastball up to 91.6 MPH and striking out 6 batters in two innings. The Future Games alum and Grand Canyon commit moves well from a 6'5 frame, working through a shorter, quick hand path through release. Revell mixed in a mid-70's SL and low-80's CH in his summer look, and should head into his senior year as one of the most imposing arms in the state.
Tahoma LHP Neal Burtis propelled himself into the top ten at the start of the year and has solidified his status as a premier lefty in the class. In a summer look at the PNW Scout Games, Burtis threw well against high-level PNW competition, sitting 87-91 MPH with some deception. Featuring a three-pitch mix overall, Burtis was similarly electric in the spring and could be an early contributor at Oregon State next year.

Look for ‘26 LHP Neal Burtis (@TahomaBaseball/@BeaverBaseball) to gain significant helium this year

Uncommitted Names to Know
Several talented prospects remain uncommitted from the Washington senior class heading into their senior springs. Cedarcrest RHP Carter Smith remains our top-ranked uncommitted arm, coming in at #11 in our latest list. The athletic 6'2 righty holds heavy upside to pair with present stuff, running his fastball into the low 90's in an in-game high school look this spring.
#Uncommitted ‘26 RHP/SS Carter Smith (Cedarcrest HS) flashed a quick arm during his short relief stint. Tight/quick arm path with athleticism and a projectable frame. Worked 87-90 grabbing 91 when he wanted. Expect more velo to come

Kennewick OF Dylan Mamiya was a standout at our 2025 West Coast Games, and is one of the better athletes remaining in the class. The lefty boasts a loud toolset in a more compact, twitchy frame, highlighted by a 6.76 60-time, exit velocities up to 99 MPH, and throws up to 87 MPH from the outfield. Mamiya's hard-nosed, aggressive style of play translates in-game, laying out for balls left and right defensively and constantly looking to take the extra 90 on the bases. Mamiya also led Kennewick to a deep playoff run in the spring, where his winning style of play was on full display in all facets of his game.

Shortens up & goes no stride with enough power/bat speed to still drive the ball. Plus runner was up to 87 from the OF @mamiya_dylan | @PB_Uncommitted pic.twitter.com/yBe1rcsULz
Jackson arm Gavin Clark is another intriguing player still on the board. A medium-framed righty that has long held velocity, Clark showed better command in a great outing at PNW State Games this summer, working up to 91 MPH from a heavy torque, unique over the top look. The righty threw three scoreless innings, mixing in a firm changeup and breaking ball with varying release points to successful results.
Breakout Potentials
After a great look at the West Coast Games this Fall, C/INF Kian Siegel is a prime candidate to take another step forward in his senior spring. The Columbia River product was an on-base machine during gameplay while posting quality metrics during the workout as well. Siegel's 2025 was highlighted by a 1.97 second pop time behind the dish and exit velocities up to 97.7 MPH. Siegel picked up a commitment to San Diego Mesa shortly after the West Coast Games, and despite already earning all-league honors as a junior, has shown steady improvements and could take another leap heading into 2026.

RHP Alex Millar opened the eyes of Prep Baseball scouts with a fall bullpen showing, and could be a big contributor to what is a deep and talented Woodinville pitching staff. The lean 6'2 arm moved smoothly with late arm speed, working into the mid-80's with his fastball and adding/subtracting with his CB as his main secondary. Millar makes his 2026 rankings debut in our latest update.
Another standout at a Fall ID event, North Creek OF Noah Wendt offers an intriguing tool set heading into his senior season and also makes his rankings debut in this update. A 5'10, 155 pound athlete, Wendt ran a 6.90 60 with speed that translated to the outfield well. The senior was also on the barrel in BP rounds with a twitchy RH swing, driving balls up to 97 MPH. Look for Wendt to earn more of an opportunity for a North Creek side that will graduate several starters from last season.
