Coming in at No. 13 is ’28 SS/RHP Billy Miller (Kouts HS). The 6-foot-1, 170-pound two-way player is ranked No. 6 in Indiana’s 2028 class and No. 162 nationally. Miller enjoyed an impressive 2025. In the spring, he led Kouts to its first-ever state championship game appearance. In the summer, he impressed in every look on the mound, at shortstop, and in the batter’s box. He capped off 2025 at the Midwest Super Sophomore Games, where he earned Team Indiana Overall MVP honors.
