Then and Now
Nuckols made significant strides in his game from Top Prospect Games back in June. Nuckols finished off his 2025 with us at the Fall Campus Tour Series at the University of Georgia where his numbers were up across the board. At the plate his max exit velocity of 87.2 in June to 90.6 in November. His average exit velocity was up nearly 13mph. Max distance increased nearly a 100ft from 226ft to now 322ft. Added arm strength in the infield with 3mph of progression as he went from 86mph in June to 89mph in November. Athletic mover on the mound with present arm speed and feel for a deep 4-pitch mix. Fastball topped at 81mph back in June and now topped at 86mph in November. There are present tools in the profile with tons of athleticism throughout and plenty more to project upon.

Body: 5-8, 149-pounds.
Delivery: Fluid mover on the mound with consistent delivery.
Arm Action: RH. 3/4 Release. Quick and effective arm action. Attacked primarily with the heater that produced a good amount of in-zone whiffs. Primary offspeed pitch was a low-70's curveball that fell off the table and displayed real two-place action. Also mixed in an upper 70's changeup with plus arm-side tumble.
FB: T86, 84-85 mph. Run/ride traits; 85-86 MPH that plays well up in the zone. T2276, 2047 average rpm.
CB: 72-73 mph. T2649, 2626 average rpm.
SL: 73-73 mph. T2598, 2598 average rpm.
