 TOTT Pitchability

Nebraska - Nebraska’s 2027 class continues to showcase a deep and diverse group of arms, each bringing a unique blend of polish, competitiveness, and projection to the mound. From strike-throwing craftsmen who can manipulate spin and movement, to power arms with true swing-and-miss stuff, this group has consistently performed on big stages and against top competition.

The following pitchers have separated themselves with their production, poise, and rapid development as they enter a pivotal stretch in their high school careers.

Blake McAndrews RHP / SS / Millard South, NE / 2027

A two-way talent and Omaha Maverick commit, Blake McAndrews shows a calm, composed presence on the mound, using lateral movement and command to both sides of the plate across his three-pitch mix. He delivered an efficient two innings with multiple strikeouts at the 2025 Futures Games, adding to a spring where he recorded 17 strikeouts in 16 innings.
