2025 AAA Player of the Week: Week Two

We will be doing the Player of the Week honors at the beginning of each week with submissions due to [email protected] by 8:00 PM Monday night.
Each week, we carefully analyze box scores and coach submissions to identify the most outstanding high school performer for our Player of the Week award.
For Week Two, that honor goes to RHP Caleb Short (Catholic, 2025; Louisiana Tech) after a dominant performance on the mound in a thrilling 1-0 victory over Jonesboro on March 11th.
The Louisiana Tech signee was lights-out for the Rockets, going the distance with seven scoreless innings, allowing just three hits, and piling up an impressive 14 strikeouts to secure the win.
