Prep Baseball Report's IA Preseason All-State event took place on Sunday, March 5, 2017. The event was held at SportsPlex West in Waukee, IA. The event featured prospects from the 2018 and 2019 grad classes; and included many breakout performances from select 2020 and one 2021 participant.

Today we take a look at the top underclass performers from the event. In the coming weeks; PBR Iowa will release it's first 2019 Rankings for the state of Iowa.
