Coming in at No. 6 is ’27 CF Drake McClurg (Center Grove HS). The 5-foot-11, 180-pounder is the top outfielder in Indiana’s 2027 class, ranked No. 2 in the state and No. 61 nationally. McClurg kicked off 2025 with a standout showing at the Preseason All-State in March, and throughout the spring, he consistently impressed with his bat and advanced foot speed. The center fielder helped lead Center Grove to a deep 4A Final Four run. He carried that momentum into the summer circuit, earning a Future Games invitation, where he emerged as one of the event’s biggest winners—going 4-for-8 with a home run and five balls off the bat at 90+ mph. McClurg drew interest from top programs across the country before ultimately committing to Texas A&M in early November.
