Throughout the month Prep Baseball Report Ontario looks to highlight some of the top uncommitted talent. Today we take a look at the top uncommitted speed guys in Ontario. The 2017 class of Ontario looks to be a promising one with a few talented players who can flat out run. Below we take a look out four players who all have speed checked off in their tool box.
