TN Game Report: Wednesday

On Wednesday, we saw 2 different games at 2 different sites. We began the day at William Blount for their matchup against Heritage then traveled to Knoxville Halls for their game against Anderson County. 1-3, BB High Point commit showed line drive, gap to gap bat. Medium athletic frame w/ lean strength, some physical projection. Offensively, hits w/ a slightly open, slightly crouched stance w/ hand rhythm into stride to slightly closed and proper load. Generates above average bat speed through the zone. Barrel feel w/ barrel staying in the hitting zone for a long time. Consistent hard contact. Present gap power, projectable pull power. Defensively, showed solid hands w/ arm strength w/ carry to target. |
