2026 1B/LHP Cody Boshell, Bishop Snyder (FL), Tennessee recruit

Boshell put his premium two-way toolset on full display, dominating on the mound and flashing massive impact at the plate. The Tennessee recruit possesses a workhorse 6-foot-4, 220-pound frame. On the bump, he operates with a powerful, highly physical delivery that generates immense energy down the mound. In his 4.2 innings of work, he racked up eight strikeouts while allowing zero earned runs. His power arsenal was electric, headlined by a fastball that sat 90-96 mph and touched 96 mph with spin up to 2536 RPM. He paired the heater with a sharp 73-76 mph curveball (2364 RPM) and a fading 80-82 mph changeup (1893 RPM) to continuously miss barrels. At the plate, Boshell showcased his high-end physical strength from the left side. He uncorked a missile line drive to the right side, generating immense carry and pull-side impact, though he was ultimately robbed of an extra-base hit. With his power profile on the mound and middle-of-the-order potential in the box, Boshell remains one of the premier two-way prospects in the 2026 class.

2026 RHP/3B Coleman Borthwick, South Walton (FL), Auburn recruit

Borthwick brought a massive power arsenal to the mound, turning in a dominant five-inning performance where he allowed just one hit and zero runs while striking out seven. The Auburn recruit utilizes an imposing 6-foot-6, 250-pound frame that translates directly to easy, high-end velocity. Operating on a cool, breezy night, Borthwick noticeably heated up in the middle innings as his velocity continued to climb. His fastball sat in the low-to-mid-90s, touching 97 mph twice, backed by impressive spin rates up to 2648 RPM. He paired the premium heater with a devastating 79-85 mph slider (2697 RPM) that flashed plus, showcasing varied shape and sharp, late two-plane bite to put hitters away. To round out his mix, he effectively utilized an 81-84 mph changeup (1852 RPM) that profiles exceptionally well off his fastball.

2027 1B Frankie Thomas, IMG Academy (FL), Auburn recruit
The left-handed hitting slugger, now batting out of the 3-hole for a loaded IMG lineup, posted a 3-for-4 day, including a laced double against a premium draft arm pumping in mid-to-upper 90s fastballs. Thomas demonstrates innate bat-to-ball capabilities, moving the barrel around the zone with some adjustability, and the upward trend of the power production shows little sign of slowing down.

2026 SS Deacon Avery, Niceville (FL), Coastal Carolina commit

Avery turned heads during our recent look, pairing an imposing 6-foot-3, 215-pound frame with remarkably tightly controlled mechanics for his size. The Coastal Carolina commit showcased his present strength and physical maturity at the plate, utilizing explosive torque and natural leverage to barrel a hard line drive into left field for an RBI single. Operating from the right side, he maintains a balanced, quiet setup before delivering a violent yet compact stroke through the hitting zone. His ability to stay short to the ball while still generating high-end impact makes him a constant extra-base threat.
