2025 ROSTER

This year's roster is already shaping up nicely, just like in years past.

Colton Hadfield SS / RHP / Valley Christian San Jose, CA / 2027

From 1/30/25: “This was another guy who I haven't been able to see until this event, Colton showed out on both sides. I noticed during the defensive workout how quick Colton moves around the infield, and the he follows it up with a cannon for an arm. With the cold conditions Colt still managed to run a 7.11 60 yd dash with a max run speed of 19.2 MPH. Hadfield was driving balls to the gaps and managed to sting a 91 MPH EV and an avg of 87.4 EV. He's got very quick hands as his max hand speed was 23.4 and his avg was 22 MPH. With the 2nd best FB of the event at 89.5 MPH, he had an impressive avg FB Velo of 88.6 MPH. The fact that he;'s only a 27' is the great part. The CB is nasty, avg velo of 73.5 MPH and 2261 spin.  CH sits around 78-79 with good movement and the Sinker is a pitch that can be a weapon. Hadfield plays on a very talented Valley Christian team, he will be able to contribute forsure.”

Royal McKinney OF / RHP / Franklin, CA / 2027

From 5/28/25: “McKinney made a small backwards move in the rankings during his Fr. campaign, but now settling into a two-way role for the CIF-SJS championship Franklin squad while showing his loud tools in game situations with strong performance numbers to back them up and impressing in multiple live looks for Hank LoForte he pushes back into the Top 20. In 121 plate appearances McKinney put up a .359 average with a .872 OPS walking 14 times, scoring 33 runs, doubling seven times, tripling once and putting up 22 RBIs. In addition the live arm of the NorCal based Soph. threw 27.1 innings while striking out 31 hitters, winning two games, earning one save and putting up a 2.87 ERA.”

Logan Mull C / RHP / Valley Christian, CA / 2027

From 5/28/25: “Mull is another member of the 2023 Team California Junior Future Games squad who found high levels of success on the varsity level in 2025. Mull a primary catcher showed his versatility by taking over a spot in the OF for a Valley Christian squad which is amongst the best high school programs in the state of California. Mull had 72 plate appearances in 2025 and the RH hitter posted a .356 average, .940 OPS, walked 10 times, doubled five times, tripled once, drove in 14 runs and scored 12 runs. Mull will be back at the Future Games Tryout: NorCal as he looks to make a return trip to Georgia this time as a member of Team NorCal for the Future Games.”

Camden Salisbury RHP / OF / C. K. McClatchy High, CA / 2027

From 5/5/25: “Salisbury is one of my favorite arms to watch in the '27 class, he doesn't have the most velocity but it's his demeanor and attitude that get it done for him on the mound. Talk about a kid who competes, he's one of the best arms for McClatchy and he should be one of the guys who leads them down to a Section Championship.”

2025 season stats

  • Record: 4-0
  • IP: 38
  • ERA: 0.92
  • Strikeouts: 41
  • BB: 21
  • ER: 5
  • H: 20
  • OBA: .148

Cruz Garcia C / 2B / Brent International School, CA / 2027

From 1/30/25: “Cruz actually flew back to the Phillipines the next day after the workout, it was nice being able to see him since summer time.  Garcia is only a 27' and has filled out a lot since I've last seen him play. 5'10" 202.2lbs, the frame is there and the bat came to play. The farthest ball Cruz hit of the day was 372ft and has a max EV of 97.2 MPH. He has the ability to drive the baseball to the middle of the field along with a 53.8% hard hit rate. Line drives are his game. His arm will continue to get stronger and Cruz will develop into a RHH C that can rake. Very humble kid too, sucks we won't get to see him until after the HS season.”

Damien Nolan RHP / 3B / St. Mary's College Prep, CA / 2027

From 5/5/25: “Nolan has boosted his average nearly 100 points from last year and is starting to show signs up power in his bat, considering the fact that he has three homeruns, two triples, and seven doubles. Nolan is proving he can hit at the varsity level and will only continue to develop as he gets older.”
