Cooper Vais RHP / SS / Arvada West, CO / 2027Vais is a highly projectable arm with advanced pitch metrics and a strong track record of production against top competition. At 6-foot, 190 Ibs, he brings a durable, athletic frame that pairs well with a cut-fastball sitting 89–90 mph, touching 91 with spin rates near 2600 rpm at this summer's Prep Baseball Future Games. Vais shows advanced feel for spin and pitchability, carrying both a sharp slider at 80–81 mph (2800+ rpm) and a curveball at 75–76 mph (~2600 rpm) that give him legitimate swing-and-miss upside against both righties and lefties. The polish in his arsenal already translates to in-game dominance, as shown by his 54.1 IP with 93 strikeouts, 30 hits allowed, 18 walks, and a 1.29 ERA this spring at the 5A level in Colorado. With athleticism, command, and high-level pitch data, Vais profiles as one of the more advanced young arms in the state, with a ceiling that could carry him into impact roles at the next level.

Michael (Mikey) Kroll RHP / 1B / Regis Jesuit, CO / 2027Rankings StateRank: 3 / POS: 2
At 6’4” - 218 lbs, Kroll offers an imposing presence on the mound with a projectable frame and a balanced three-pitch mix that he commands well. At this year's Future Games, Kroll had the fastball from 87–90 mph (~2200 rpm) with life through the zone, setting up a 74–76 mph curveball (~2300 rpm) that flashed depth to go with a developing 78–80 mph changeup (~1800 rpm) to neutralize left-handed hitters and induce ground-balls. Kroll’s ability to throw all three offerings for strikes gives him versatility and poise, which was on display this spring, where he logged 39.2 innings with 33 strikeouts, 14 walks, 24 hits allowed, and a 1.59 ERA at the 5A level in Colorado. With size, pitchability, and feel for a complete arsenal, Kroll projects as a steady, high-floor starter who should see continued velocity growth and refinement in his secondary pitches as he matures.

Jackson Crawford OF / LHP / Mountain Vista, CO / 2027Crawford is Colorado’s top-ranked position player who showcased his well-rounded toolset at this year’s Future Games, flashing both athleticism and in-game impact. On workout day, he turned heads with a 97 mph max exit velocity, a 93 mph outfield throwing velocity, and a 6.7 60-yard dash time. Crawford parlayed a strong workout into quality game play, where he presented plate discipline and impact, collecting a double at a 97 mph exit velocity, drawing five walks, and finishing with a .667 OBP, 1.167 OPS, and five stolen bases across the 3 games. The outfielder's ability to consistently get on base, apply pressure with his speed, and flash extra-base power underscores why he’s considered the premier position player in Colorado’s 2027 class, with a frame and explosiveness that projects extremely well at the next level.

Brady Bradford SS / 2B / Fossil Ridge, CO / 2027Rankings StateRank: 4 / POS: 1
Bradford made a strong impression at this year’s Future Games by consistently putting together quality at-bats and showing advanced offensive instincts. Coming off a standout spring where he hit .393 with 16 extra-base hits and 10 stolen bases at the 5A level, Bradford carried that momentum into the event, displaying quick hands, a composed approach in the box, and reliable bat-to-ball skills that gave him a “hitterish” look throughout the week. His ability to slow the game down and compete each at-bat stood out against high-level arms, while his 6.8 speed adds another layer of athleticism that plays both on the bases and defensively. Bradford’s performance highlighted a well-rounded profile with the makings of a steady, top-of-the-order LHH infielder who can impact the game with both consistency at the plate and athletic actions in the field.

Isaac Lockwood RHP / Mead, CO / 2027Rankings StateRank: 7 / POS: 4
Lockwood certainly stood out at this year’s Future Games with his athletic delivery and ability to compete against top bats in the country. Working with a fastball at 86–89 mph, touching 90 (2400+ rpm), he challenged hitters up in the zone and set the tone early in counts. His 77–80 mph slider (~2700 rpm) was a legitimate swing-and-miss pitch, showing sharp bite and late action that consistently kept hitters off balance, while his 81–82 mph changeup (~1400 rpm) provided a developing third look to disrupt timing. Lockwood’s slow heart beat on the mound stood out, allowing him to repeat his delivery and maintain tempo under pressure. Against advanced hitters, his ability to mix pitches and land the slider with confidence made him effective out of a lighter frame that should only continue to get stronger with a potentially high ceiling.

Jackson Bernosky C / 3B / Regis Jesuit, CO / 2027Rankings StateRank: 8 / POS: 1
Bernosky showed why he’s a multi-positional prospect worth following with an impressive all-around showing at this year’s Future Games. Offensively, he demonstrated a clean & connected swing, allowing him to stay balanced and consistently on the barrel with intent to drive the baseball. Bernosky also mixed in a toe-tap at times to manipulate timing while he limited whiffs in the zone, controlled the strike zone with maturity, and showed the ability to drive the ball to all fields with authority. His aggressive approach translated into plenty of quality swings that stood out against premium arms. Defensively, Bernosky’s versatility adds value, with the athleticism of a 6.8 runner giving him the range to move around the infield/outfield while still offering real potential behind the plate. Bernosky showcased the ability to handle some high-end arms during the games with an 81 mph throwing velocity from the crouch. The combination of approach, barrel control, and multi-positional skill set makes Bernosky a high-follow prospect moving forward.

Jake Watts RHP / Ralston Valley, CO / 2027Rankings StateRank: 9 / POS: 5
Watts closed out the first matchup at the Future Games for Team Colorado with a lively fastball at 86–89 mph and a highly effective slurve at 78–82 mph (~2600 rpm) that gave hitters fits. The breaking ball showed unique movement with +spin, blending both lateral sweep and vertical depth, making it difficult for hitters to pick up and adjust to. That shape created plenty of uncomfortable swings and awkward takes, proving to be a legitimate weapon in Watt's arsenal. Watts used the fastball to establish counts and then leaned on the breaking ball to finish hitters and keep timing off, showing confidence to throw it in any situation. With his ability to generate whiffs against quality competition and the distinct profile of his breaking ball with spin, Watts projects as an arm with a high ceiling, especially as he continues to throw more innings and develop physically.

Brody Logan OF / RHP / Chatfield, CO / 2027Rankings StateRank: 25 / POS: 3
Logan showcased intriguing upside at this year’s Future Games with a combination of twitchy athleticism and projectable tools that stand out immediately. Offensively, he showed intent to do damage in every count, highlighted by a 96 mph double during the games and a 100.2 mph top exit velocity during workout day. His 6.5 speed makes him a dynamic runner, capable of impacting the game on the bases and covering ground defensively, where his 90 mph arm from the outfield adds another above-average tool. Logan’s explosive movements and quick-twitch actions point to significant projection as he continues to develop physically, giving him the ceiling of a true impact outfielder with power-speed potential.

Advait Jadhav RHP / Mountain Vista, CO / 2027Rankings StateRank: 24 / POS: 11
Advait showed impressive pitchability and poise on the mound at the Future Games, working with a mature three-pitch mix that kept hitters off balance throughout his outing. His sinker sat 84–86 mph with heavy run and late life, consistently generating ground balls and weak contact. Jadhav paired it with a sweeping slider at 72–74 mph (20" max HM) and a fading changeup at 76–77 mph, both of which produced swings and misses. What stood out most was his ability to command all three offerings to both sides of the plate, showing advanced sequencing and feel for strikes. With his frame still developing and velocity likely to climb in the coming seasons, Jadhav profiles as a high-upside arm with present polish and the tools to become a frontline arm in Colorado’s 2027 class.

Ryan Neumann RHP / Regis Jesuit, CO / 2027Neumann was one of the more intriguing young arms at the Future Games, standing out with his 6’5”, 210-pound frame and advanced pitchability for his age. His fastball worked 86–89, touching 90, and showed signs of becoming a true weapon as he continues to grow into his body and add strength. Neumann mixed in a 68–70 mph curveball with quality shape and spin (~2400 rpm), landing it for strikes and flashing the ability to expand the zone with it as a swing-and-miss offering. He demonstrated composure on the mound and a strong feel for sequencing, consistently throwing strikes and attacking hitters. With his present size, developing fastball, and advanced command profile, Neumann projects as a high-upside arm with significant velocity gains and polish still to come.

Jake Clark RHP / 2B / Mullen High School, CO / 2027Rankings StateRank: 31 / POS: 14
Clark is an intriguing arm on the rise, showing signs of real upside as he continues to get more physical and refine his craft. Working from a lower sidearm slot, Clark creates a deceptive angle that makes his mid-80s fastball play up, generating uncomfortable swings and weak contact. He already flashes feel for both a slider and changeup, using them to move the ball effectively to both sides of the plate and disrupt timing. With his developing strength and 6-foot frame, there’s reason to believe added velocity is on the way, which would elevate his arsenal even further. The combination of deception, pitchability, and movement gives Clark the look of a pitcher who could evolve into a tough matchup arm with the potential to carve out a valuable role at the next level.

Memphis Dempcy SS / RHP / Sterling High School, CO / 2027Rankings StateRank: 32 / POS: 4
Dempcy is a high-upside prospect whose physicality and developing arsenal make him a must-follow over the next year. At 6’4” and 195 pounds, he offers a long, athletic frame with strength and projection. On the mound, he works his fastball at 86–88, touching 89 (~2200 rpm), showing present life through the zone, while his 65–68 mph slider carries sweeping action with an average of 14.5 inches of horizontal movement. Dempcy also presents a developing 71–74 mph changeup at 1200 rpm with an average of 12.4" of horizontal movement. The combination of size, athleticism, and three distinct pitches paints the picture of a pitcher just scratching the surface of his potential. With continued development and added strength, Dempcy projects well on the mound and is certainly a name worth close attention in Colorado’s 2027 class.

Hunter Vitello RHP / Denver South, CO / 2027Rankings StateRank: 30 / POS: 13
Vitello is another arm worth a close follow as the junior has an actively developing fastball in the mid to upper 80s out of a long levered 6'4'' - 180 Ibs frame. The Denver South pitcher chucked 17 innings this spring with a 2.47 ERA and 24 Ks and has since seen a velocity bump. We should continue to see Vitello make some jumps with his highly projectable frame and more significant innings over the next year.
