Orlando, FL-  West Orange would defeat a talented Don Bosco Prep team from New Jersey thanks to a walkoff single from Gerry Brown, winning 4-3. Behind an impressive outing from Sophomore Noah Janney, who would go five innings while giving no runs, three hits and strike off five. Janney would leave the game with West Orange leading 2-0. Bosco would battle back, getting one run in the sixth and two in the top of the seventh to tie the game. Doug Nikhazy would lead off the bottom of the seventh with a walk, advancing to second on an error. Gerry Brown would then come through with the walkoff single to right field for West Orange.
