Cade Udell's Complete Game Outlasts Matt Allan's efforts in Lake Mary's 4-3 Win

Matt Allan is a player who has been all the talk in scouting circles this spring, and last night matched up against the top 2020 in the state of Florida, Dylan Crews and the Lake Mary Rams. Allen was every bit as advertised on the evening as he would sit mostly 94-96 mph all evening. The Florida recruit has continued to fill out and has your prototypical starters frame. The arm action is clean throughout and works to extension getting the fastball to work downhill. Allan would show an above average curveball all night which flashes plus and should be a true plus pitch in the future. It worked mostly 77-81 mph and induced the most swing and misses. He also threw one changeup at 90 mph which shows average to above average potential.
