Esplin has been on the rise throughout the spring. Although he most likely projects as a corner outfielder, he moves well with an average to slightly above average arm. What has Esplin on the rise is his left-handed bat. He has shown an above average hit tool to go along with above average power potential. Esplin also was a standout at the FACA All-Star weekend, earning MVP honors for the West team.
