Ontario’s top prospect in the 2019 class is off the board with SS Jaden Brown (Marcellinus HS, ON) committing to Kentucky. Brown, who has a strong frame at 6-foot-1, 180 pounds, whips his bat through the zone with electric bat speed. The ball jumps off his barrel and he should develop more power as he continues to fill out. He runs well with a 6.79-second 60 and displays athletic movements in the field.

In Wisconsin, the No. 2 2019 made a decision, as RHP Jack Washburn (Webster HS, WI) committed to Oregon State. Washburn was one of the top players for Wisconsin at the Future Games, where he topped out at 90 mph with his fastball while showing advanced action on a slider at 74-77. He is the son of Jarrod Washburn, who pitched in the major leagues for 12 years.
