Orlando, FL- These two teams have really gotten to know each other in these last two weeks, this being the third time they’ve played already this high school season. The Oviedo Lions went home champions of the Big Blue Bonanza tournament held by Lake Brantley last week, and it seemed like they were going to pick up right where they left off.

In the top of the 1^st the Lions went on to take an early lead of 3-0 thanks to some early knocks from the upperclassmen. 2021 Newberry College commit Kade Faircloth goes the other way for a hard hit single to tack on a run for Oviedo. The senior had an impressive night at the plate adding two more hits to the stat sheet.
