SEBRING, FL—With extra rest and the ability to air it out over a short outing, arms typically dominate the FACA All-Star Weekend. Listed below is a ranking of the top southpaws that made an appearance in Sebring.

1. Juan Hillman, LHP, Olympia HS, FL
The 6-foot-2, 185-pounder has been a very consistent performer for the past year, typically sitting 90-92 mph early in outings and settling in at 88-90. In Sebring, Hillman came out and bumped a few 94s and 95s this past weekend. The curveball still comes and goes at 73-76 mph, but he threw some above average changeups at 77-78 mph with good arm speed and fastball life. Though he didn’t necessarily need it, he may have boosted his draft stock.
