Scouting Report
Rosario has grown and filled out, leading to his fastball being 91-93 currently, touching 94-95 anytime he wants and even flashing 96-97. The ball jumps out of his hand and he has a clean, low-effort delivery. He also showed a splitter with average to above-average potential at 76-77 and a slurvy slider that has tight, late action at times at 74-75.

The 6-foot 170-pound right-hander showed an electric arm. From a low 3/4 slot he worked with a fastball in the 89-91 mph range with late arm side life. Also mixing in a quality slider, there is an extremely high upside to this young arm.
