Uncommitted Spotlight: 2023 John Abraham
March 3, 2022
This spring we will be highlighting players throughout the state with Uncommitted Spotlights. We will highlight one 2022, 2023, and 2024 player each week looking for a school to call home. The state of Florida is full of uncommitted players who have the talent to play at the next level. These players deserve as much exposure as they can get in order to help them find the right home.
Today, we will highlight 2023 John Abraham. John is a 6-foot-2, 185 pound right hander from Jesuit High School in Tampa, FL. Outside of high school, John plays travel ball with the Top Tier Roos. John stood out at the Team Florida ID Games - IMG last summer where he ran his fastball up to 89 mph. Abraham flashed an above average slider with spin rates up to 2720 rpm. John pitches for a very good Jesuit team and should have plenty of eyes on him this spring.
