Summer 2025 has arrived, marking a crucial period for the class of 2027. With the August 1st contact period approaching, uncommitted players are eager to catch the eye of college coaches. Florida’s exceptionally talented 2027 class offers a wealth of prospects, and this summer will be decisive for many in securing their college futures. Spring Risers

+ C Connor Balazic (Creekside) had a massive spring and has entered his name into consideration for top catcher in the state. 5’10”, 185 lbs. .487 average and 24 RBI this spring, driven by premium bat speed and strong hands that lift with intent. His athletic actions and strong arm behind the plate control runners effectively.

+ SS Blayden Caballero (American Heritage) showed many flashes this spring, helping American Heritage to a State Title. 5’10”, 157 lbs. Caballeo showcases quick hands and a balanced swing with offensive upside, spraying line drives consistently. He handles routine plays reliably with steady glove work. Adding strength for power and improving arm talent could boost his projection. 14/9 BB/K this spring.


+ OF Kinon Bastian (The First Academy) was a middle-of-the-order bat for State Champion The First Academy this spring. 6’0”, 185 pounds. Physical, athletic corner outfielder whose offensive game stands out. Compact swing generates easy bat speed, producing loft and hard contact with pull-side power. Handles velocity well and is confident and aggressive offensively.
