William Resutek, RHP/IF, 2027, Oconee County
Uncommitted. Restutek showed well for staff throughout the entirety of the 2025 circuit but this was easily our best look. Immense strength in the physical 6-foot-2, 182-pound frame with plenty more to project on both sides of the ball. At the plate, the LHH shows great balance in the load with separation and real bat speed through the zone. Delivers an explosive barrel with impact out front as he posted a max (103.1) exit velocity. Led the event with an explosive 92 IF Velo across the diamond. On the mound, the right-hander creates an aggressive drive down the mound followed by a loose, strong arm from a repeatable ¾ slot.. Obvious pitchability as he deploys a five-pitch operation. Heavy fastball at 85-87 (T88MPH) 2400+ RPM. Cutter at 79-80 (2300+) RPM and a curveball at 76-79 (2200+ RPM). Mixed in a knuckleball in the upper 60’s and a changeup at 77-80 as well. There are present loud tools throughout the profile with much more in the tank and a breakout spring appears to be on tap for Resutek.
