FLOWERY BRANCH, GA - The Preseason All-State Upperclass Showcase travels to IVSA where this invite-only event that features the top prospects from the 2026 and 2027 grad classes. Every year, the Preseason All-State Showcase highlights the "Who’s Who" of the Georgia baseball landscape. This event is limited and exclusive to the top prospects in Georgia and serves as a springboard as you enter the high school season. Throughout the week we will be pumping out the content from this event. Today, we present the stat leaderboards with the help from our tech partners from this event. More articles and content wil be on the way to break down the entirety of the data collected.

Today, we take a closer look at some of the top outfield performers from the event on Sunday. ⤵️


Preseason All-State Upperclass Quick Hits- Outfielders 

Brady Little, OF, 2027, Gordon-Lee
Uncommitted. The quality looks at the ‘25 Future Gamer continue to stack up with the most recent being last weekend at Preseason All-State. Little boasts tons of twitch and athleticism with a well-connected LH cut in a wiry 5-foot-8, 171-pound frame. The Gordon-Lee outfielder showed advanced feel for the barrel (Max EV: 98.3, Avg. EV: 90.9) backed by excellent barrel length and lag in an on-plane path with ability to hammer the ball to both gaps and produced a max distance of 348ft. Finished the day with a good showing in the outfield as well as he posted an 86 OF Velo. Little looks poised to lead Gordon-Lee back to another shot at the Class A Division I title in ‘26 as he boasts present loud tools with in-game intangibles that jump off the page.

Rhian Moore, OF/RHP, 2027, North Gwinnett
Uncommitted. The North Gwinnett junior put together a strong showing on both sides of the ball Sunday afternoon. Lean, athletic frame at 5-foot-10, 163-pound and at the plate Moore syncs up well with excellent barrel feel from a RH cut. Utilizes a balanced leg-kick load and stays compact with present bat speed through the zone, and accuracy in the barrel (Max EV: 97.8) , and sprayed the ball gap-to-gap. Also posted an OF Velo of 89 MPH. On the mound, Moore boasts whippy arm speed from a shorter arm action and repeats really well, and showed intriguing movement patterns with feel for the 3-pitch mix. Fastball was heavy at 81-83 with advanced feel for the curveball at 67-69 (2500+ RPM) and ability to consistently land in-the-zone. Changeup was worked in at 72-74. It was evident to see that Moore has a chance to carve out a quality two-way role with the Bulldogs this Spring.

Walker Waggoner, OF, 2027, Fellowship Christian
Uncommitted. Waggoner impressed amongst staff last Spring and has made noticeable strides to his game in nearly a year's time. Armed with present athleticism in an athletic 5-foot-11, 174-pound frame. At the plate, the RHH shows good balance in the stride with separation alike. Waggoner creates length in-zone with present bat speed and barrel feel (Max EV: 95.6c Avg. EV 89.) , and ability to work to all-fields. The defensive tools are equally as loud as he finished the day with an explosive 92 MPH OF velo as well.

Bradyn Oblas, OF, 2027, Blessed Trinity
Uncommitted. One of the louder rounds of the weekend came by way of the Blessed Trinity outfielder. Oblas is armed with big-time strength in a physical 6-foot-2, 220-pound frame and potent RH cut. Utilizes a toe-tap load to create good separation and generate a ton of strength from the ground-up. Well-leveraged path through the zone with plus bat speed (Max 86.9) through the zone and innate barrel feel, posted a Max EV of 106.0 and an Avg. EV of 96.8. Posted an OF Velo of 89 MPH as well. Immense power projection in the profile with present tools throughout and has a chance to carry a major role this Spring for the defending State Champs.

Alex Ehlenbach, OF, 2027, Harrison
Uncommitted. The Harrison outfielder continues to boast a robust profile this off-season. Barrel-chested 5-foot-10, 171-pounds with tons of projection and present athleticism, and tools alike. The LHH perpetually lived on the barrel throughout a loud round as he carried baseballs to the pull-side with ease. Ehlenbach shows an innate ability to rotate with significant hand (Max: 29.5) and bat speed (Max 79.7) with leverage through the zone. Creates excellent barrel lag in-zone with barrel accuracy (Max EV: 97.5, Avg. EV: 93.9) and considerable pull-side power (Max Distance: 386ft). Ran a 3.75 30-YD as well backed by an explosive first step (1.62 10-YD). Ehlenbach has a chance for a massive breakout this Spring with one of the deepest rosters in the state with Harrison.

Andrew Snow, OF/LHP, 2027, Mary Persons
Uncommitted. The 2027 5-foot-9, 175 pound OF from Mary Persons HS had a great showing this weekend. At the plate, Snow has an even footed setup with tight, comfortable hands behind the ear. The lefty has a very quick stride/lift and his hands work down and through the ball tremendously. In the field, Andrew’s mechanics are very sound and showed great comfort. With plus speed and his strong, athletic frame, the Mary Persons OF has an exciting season ahead of him.

Pearce Henry, OF, 2027, Maynard Jackson
Uncommitted. The Junior from Manyard Jackson showed his athletic ability in multiple facets. Henry showed a very controlled, but violent swing down through the zone. EV maxed out at 102 while maintaining an average of 93.6. The 6-foot, 168 pound 1B/OF has some pre swing movement that allow him to get his timing down. With a max distance of 395 feet, the potential for high powered offensive output for Henry is there. In both the OF and 1B, Pearce shows an over the top arm motion for strong, quick throws with good velocity and high accuracy.

Hudson Will, OF/RHP, 2027, Cherokee High School
Uncommitted. The athletic 6-foot-1, 182 pound OF/RHP Hudson Will from Cherokee had a strong overall performance on the day. Showing great balance in his stride with effortless speed and above-average feel for the barrel from a compact path. Displayed a great round of BP highlighting his strength, averaging 96.1 exit velocity maxing out at 101. Outfield work was excellent, showing good technique and strong arm ability. Will’s offensive and defensive value will be a force for the Cherokee Warriors this spring.

(David) Javy Ojeda, OF/RHP, 2026, Buford
Uncommitted. The physical, athletic 5-foot-11, 184 pound OF/RHP Javy Ojeda from Buford showed an athletic, high-end showing for the day. Produced some electric metrics in all phases of his game. Offensively, his well-leveraged, uphill path with feel for the barrel and easy pull-side carry elevates his potential for the upcoming season for Buford. Ojeda averaged 94.5 exit velocity, maxing out at 100.0 with a distance of 381ft. Ran the 30-yard in 3.76 seconds and displayed his arm strength throwing 92 mph on the field. Looks ready to bring it for the Buford Wolves this spring season.

J.R. Hoffman, OF/RHP, 2027, North Paulding
Uncommitted. At 6-foot-2, 211 pounds, a physical OF/RHP J.R. Hoffman from North Paulding put on one of the loudest rounds of the day. His explosive swing, quick hands, and lower-half showcased his offensive upside. Had great metrics for the day averaging 95.1 exit velocity, maxing out at 105. Strong arm defensively and moves well for his size. Could be a potential two-way player producing a quality bullpen session. A fastball that jumps out of the hand sits at 90-92 with his slider providing some quality swing and misses. Hoffman, a junior, with a ton of projection remaining plans to have a productive spring for the Wolfpack.

Bowen DeRosso, OF/RHP, 2027, Colquitt County
Uncommitted. The 5-foot-11, 202 pound OF/RHP Bowen DeRosso from Colquitt County had a strong overall performance, lighting up the metric charts. DeRosso’s simple but quick swing produced a consistent 90+ average exit velocity, maxing out at 101.1. Running the 30-yard in 3.73 seconds, his athleticism plays well in the field along with his 90+ mph arm. DeRosso also performed well on the mound. He had a great throwing session showing off his live fastball sitting around 87-88, topping out at 89. He commands his secondary pitches well, proving his slider averaging around 2300 RPM, could be his outpitch this year. His value and projection is continuing to grow. Should be an exciting spring for DeRosso and Packer baseball.

Caden Morris, OF/1B, 2027, Chattahoochee
Uncommitted. The 6-foot-1, 190 pound OF/1B Caden Morris from Chattahoochee displayed his strong, athletic offensive ability over the weekend. On-plane bat path with the ability to turn the barrel quickly led to some exciting metrics. During his round he displayed good barrel rates and solid exit velocities. Morris averaged an exit velocity of 94.7, maxing out at 100. His athleticism and defensive skills will play exceptionally well at Chattahoochee this spring. Ran the 30-yard in 3.69 seconds, top 3 for the day. High upside for this junior and projects to have a solid high school season.
