The PBR IA Underclass Prospect Games event took place on Sunday, August 1, 2021. The event was held at Robert S. Plaster Sports Complex in Cedar Rapids, IA- Home of Mt. Mercy University. The event featured prospects from the 2023 & 2024 grad classes; and included many breakout performances from the players in attendance. Players showcased their talents in front of our scouting staff and college coaches. Thank you to the players, parents, my staff; along with the staff of Mt. Mercy Baseball for such a great event.

There were a number of great individual performances this year at the PBR IA Underclass Prospect Games. 

As we drill down into the statistics:

+ 19 players ran sub-7.2 60's.
+  30 players recorded 85+ mph exit velocities
+  21 players recorded 78+ mph infield throws
+  11 players recorded 78+ mph outfield throws
+  10 catchers recorded 70+ mph throws to second base
+  3 catchers recorded sub-2.1 pop times
+  23 pitchers were 80+ mph on the mound
