The 2017 Overall Rankings have been updated with OF/RHP Jordon Adell (Ballard HS, KY) holding on to the top spot, but there was plenty of movement throughout. In this week’s Hotlist, state directors highlight a player that made a jump in the latest rankings update.

Glenn Albanese, RHP, Batavia HS, IL
Albanese, now in the top 50 of the Overall Rankings, rose more than 70 spots after his performance at the Super 60 in February. The 6-foot-6, 220-pound Louisville recruit showed vastly improved secondary offerings and his fastball sat 90-91 mph, topping out at 92 at the event.
