2026 Uncommitted Summer Follows
![]() |
Reis Bellar OF / Peru High School, IN / 2026+ A Future Gamer in 2024, Bellar is coming off another strong statistical spring for Peru and backed that with standout metrics at this event. Premier upside in the 6-foot-3, 180 pound frame that is offering a more-physical look than it did in Atlanta last July. Bellar turned in a 6.75 60-yard dash and as that tool has progressed, so has the arm strength, firing darts up to 89 mph from the outfield. He showcased a bit more strength in the twitchy, upward, left-handed stroke - with exits nearing 95 mph and gap-to-gap / pull-side juice shining. Bellar has polished his game at a quality rate and should be a followed bat on the circuit this summer.

+ Sam Gooch, RHP, Greencastle: Highly-athletic right-hander that worked 86-87.5 mph on a well-controlled fastball. Spun a 75-77 mph breaking ball that played with sharp bite at times and sweeper shape, looks the part of a swing-and-miss offering. Was able to go to all quadrants and subtract with a 79-82 changeup that played with arm-side sink. 6-foot, 170 pound frame still has room for projection. The athleticsm, arm speed, and feel for three pitches establishes a safe floor and allows for starters' upside.
+ Ashton Castillo, RHP, Western: 6-foot-2, 200 pound right-hander with outlier spin metrics. FB worked 86-87 and complimented by wipeout spin in the mid-to-upper 70s. 74-76 CB played with 2-plane shape and spun north of 2900, while he spun a sweeper at 76-78 north of 2800, both pitches are present S/M offerings that present a nightmare R/R look. Showed a 76-78 CH, as well. Velo continues to trend in the right direction which continues to elevate the ceiling. Swing-and-miss spin establishes a safe floor...
+ Carson Paulik, RHP/3B, Rochester: 2-way prospect with standout metrics on both sides. Obvious strength in the 6-foot, 195 pound frame with the highest-ceiling look appearing on the hill, where he ran his fastball up to 88 mph. Two quality secondaries in faded 75-77 CH and low-70s, two-plane curveball that he showed feel to land. Athletic, up-tempo mover on the bump with clean, compact arm circle. Offensively, loads with high back elbow and works behind the baseball with agressive, plane-matching stroke that produced exits up to 96 mph. Quality follow with an abundance of quality metrics/traits.

Camden Moore 3B / OF / RHP / Zionsville, IN / 2027+ Moore walked away as arguably the biggest winner of the event. Oozing projection with an athletic, 6-foot-5, 200 pound frame - Moore opened the day by buring a 6.90 60-yard dash and followed it by showing plenty of juice in the right-handed bat with multiple batting practice homers and exits reaching 98 mph. He syncs a leg kick/barrel tip combo well with easy leverage in the stroke. He shows some of the more-usable right-handed power in the class, and also provided an ultra-high upside look on the mound. The delivery has room to refine, but the arm talent is flat-out undeniable. The arm action will hold future jumps as he refines the operation, presently working 85-88 on a heater that shows an explosive look out the hand. The mid-70s slider shows sweeper shape with occasional sharp bite and he killed spin on a 74-76 change that flashed above average action as well. The offensive profile is the most polished trait he has, but there is serious upside littered throughout the card with his athletic 6-foot-5 frame causing him to jump out immediately in this setting.

Mason Meyer OF / C / Mt Vernon High School, IN / 2027+ Meyer started the day with a bang, burning an event-best 6.54 60-yard dash, one of the top run times we've gotten in the 2027 class. He followed that up by bringing the familiar heavy, accurate barrel to the dish. He posted the loudest offensive metrics of the day, regardless of class, with exits peaking at 100+ mph and averaging 95 mph throughout his round. The speed/power combo will certainly make him a coveted prospect once August 1st hits, as will his position versatility, skillful behind the dish with real CF upside developing.

Jack Sorgi OF / Tri-West Senior High School, IN / 2027+ Looking the part of a high-end prospect with premier projection to the high-waisted, athletic, 6-foot-4, 200 pound frame - Sorgi began his day with a loud run time, turning in a 6.73 60-yard dash. He then took the plate to backspin middle-of-the-diamond bullets with a flatter path that includes plenty of bat speed to produce exits surpassing the triple digit mark. His 85 mph arm is an above average tool, as well. Sorgi boasts P4 football offers already as a QB1, but the ceiling on the baseball field is undeniable and it is one of the more pro-looking frames (and overall athleticism) in the 2027 class...

Lucas Collins RHP / 3B / Garrett High School, IN / 2027+ Collins provided a loud look at this event with the days' best fastball. Adding noticeable strength since our last look and now standing at 6-foot, 190 with still projection left, Collins pitched at 88-90 from a low 3/4, near sidearm slot. Stretch-only mover with a low lift and room for refinement in the lower half that could bring even more velocity. Fastball played with heavy sink induced by the slot and he mixed a firm sinker/changeup at 83-86 with big horizontal break. Mid-70s slider played with side-to-side shape. Plenty of rawness to the operation but the arm talent and pitch shapes are certainly intriguing as we near Aug 1...

+ Chase Gothrup, RHP, Lafayette Harrison: 6-foot-1, 170 pound frame is equally athletic as it is projectable. Well-executed bullpen in this look with a balanced, athletic delivery and polished feel for the zone. 85-86 FB played with carry and complemented two above average offspeed offerings. 72-73 CB plays off the fastball with bite (2500s) and feel to land, also showed a quality change - that he showed feel for - at 76-78. Arm action gets inverted but syncs well. Coming off a big sophomore spring for a successful program.
+ Jackson Harris, C, Carmel: The 6-foot-1, 190 pound frame jumps out in the left-handed batters' box. Smooth-paced operation in the box with best balls struck to the tune of exits eclipsing 96 mph. Flashes pull-side juice with easy jump off the barrel. Some inconsistencies in the box that are likely to polish with age. Arm strength evident from the crouch, reached 82 mph there. 7.13 runner.

Canyon Koonce OF / Brownsburg High School, IN / 2028+ Recent rankings riser climbing to No. 2 overall in our 2028 class and into the top 75 nationally. Polished look offensively with a sweet left-handed stroke that is beginning to flash gap-to-gap power on top of the consistent barrel feel we have become familiar with from this prospect. Exits peaked at 94 mph. Koonce turned in a 6.56 60-yard dash to establish a slum-dunk looking CF profile. Coming off a massive spring in the HCC as a freshman, looks the part of a highest-end follow moving forward...

Callum Birdzell SS / 2B / CATHEDRAL HIGH SCHOOL, IN / 2028+ The biggest winner on the underclass side of things, Birdzell showed outstanding elevations to his toolset to pair with the quality actions that jumped out at our Freshman All-State in February. His 6-foot-3, 170 pound frame looks the part of a high-end shortstop prospect and his foot speed took a loud step up at this event (6.86). His best work was done in the box, spraying liners all across the yard with his best ball struck at 94.6 mph. It is easy to project power to continue to blossom with the long-levered frame, but the control and repeatability within the operation really jumped out to me. He followed batting practice with a polished, low-pulse look on the dirt with abv avg arm strength for the age. Slam dunk follow in the class that elevated his stock in a serious fashion at this event...

+ Brayden Greathouse, SS, Brownsburg, 2028: After winning the everyday SS job for a sectional-winning program as a sophomore, Greathouse showed as one of the top 2028 grads at this event. Athletically-advanced for the class with a 5-foot-11, 160 pound frame - Greathouse began his day with a 6.92 60-yard dash that likely ends up as a plus tool as he reaches full maturity. Took a polished round of batting practice with several backspun bullets shot through the middle of the field and exits peaking at 93.7 mph. Looked the part of a long-term middle infielder with rangy feet and quality actions on the dirt, with an 84 mph arm across coming from slingy arm action.
+ Charlie Johnson, LHP, Cathedral, 2028: Athletic, 5-foot-11, 160 pound strike-thrower that feels like a high-floor arm as this class continues to age. Polished, in-line delivery pairs with clean, compact arm action that has lengthend since his Rising Stars days. 80-82 FB commanded well, 71-73 CH sold with fastball arm speed. Best secondary was his 67-68 CB. Rips CB with quality mix of aggression and feel. Was able to bury and land the CB. Carved out a role in the Cathedral bullpen as a freshman, high follow arm in the class.
Names to Note
*In-Event highlights embedded into prospects name*
Landen Begley, RHP, Northwestern, 2026
+ 'Pop-up' winner that stood out during his bullpen. Athletic, lean, 6-foot, 180 pound frame with feel for four-pitch mix. Up-tempo pace, shorter lift, lands crossfired during a shorter stride. Loose, semi-stab arm action works to a higher slot. 84-85 fastball played with carry properties. Dropped slot on 76-78 slider, developing change, best offspeed shown was 75-76 CB w short vertical break.
Cal Berryman, OF, Western, 2026
+ Short, compact with repeatable look. 7.07 runner. Instinctual player, standout for successful Western club this spring.
Jayce Cunningham, RHP, Guerin Catholic, 2028
+ 6-foot-3, 175 pound right-hander looking the part of a high follow, to-be sophomore arm. Sinking fastball played at 83-85 with low-to-mid 70s change playing with similiar arm-side sink. Upper-60s curveball spinning a bit better than it did at the Freshman All-State. Saw some time as a rookie for Guerin this spring.
Nolan Doup, C, Mt. Vernon, 2028
+ Steady perfromer with an athletic frame that includes twitch. I saw several positive at-bats from Doup at the NPI and he followed with quality hacks at this event. He was on the barrel often, with exits reaching 89 mph. His 6.91 60-yard dash is well-advanced for the age & position, and he stood out most with soft-handed receiving actions during bullpens.
Mitchell Finelli, OF, Brebeuf, 2028
+ Upside athlete standing at 6-foot-3, 165 pounds. Above average metrics across the board (7.18 60, 86 OF, 91.6 EV) are likely to continue to progress with ample strength gains left in the frame. Highest ceiling may be on the mound. Regardless, high follow '28.
Boston Held, MIF, Bloomington South, 2026
+ Athletic look to a projectable, 6-foot, 150 pound frame. Stood out most in the right-handed batters' box with exits peaking at 93 mph. Smooth lift of the hands begins the operation, on-time stride allows him to work behind the ball as he controls the forward move. Flashes above average bat speed on a level plane.
Slade Hodges, 1B/OF, Noblesville, 2028
+ Physical for the class with strong left-handed stroke. Some whip to a direct barrel with exits surpassing 93 mph. Continues to elevate athleticism and foot speed, turned in a 7.25 60. Chance to grow into powerful left-handed, run-producing bat.
Carter Lowe, RHP, Zionsville, 2027
+ To-be junior arm that is begining to pack-on strength to his high-waisted, 6-foot-1 frame. Looked the part of a strike-thrower while filling the zone with three pitches, including an 83-84 (T 84.9) FB, 70-71 SL, and 72-74 CH. In-line mover maintains hinged angle as he works down the slope, arm action continues to clean up, as well. High follow with future jumps likely.
+ Gamer with strong defensive attributes. Coming off a standout spring for Lapel. 94+ exits with a 7.13 60-yard dash to pair.
Leon Torres, OF, Andrean, 2028
+ Stood out with smooth left-handed stroke that works on-plane throughout. Exits reached 91 mph and lean 6-foot-2, 175 pound frame projects for more juice with added strength. Other tools are in the developing stages but the swing stands out undoubtedly.
Carson Wagner, C, Twin Lakes, 2026
+ 'Data darling' that posted big metrics across the board. Near triple digit exits coming from compact right-handed stroke, offensive profile gets elevated by a quality run time (6.79). Showed above average arm strength from the crouch, reaching into the low-80s, with pops registering in the 2.0s. Quality follow.
