Prep Baseball South Carolina Player of the Year 2025
June 16, 2025
Prep Baseball South Carolina is proud to announce its 2025 South Carolina Player of the Year, an honor that recognizes one standout high school player who delivered an exceptional season and made a significant impact on their program.
Following another spring filled with elite-level performances across the state, one name rose to the top — Carson Bolemon, a left-handed pitcher from Southsiden Christian High School, has been named the 2025 Prep Baseball South Carolina Player of the Year.
Bolemon’s consistent dominance on the mound, competitive presence, and leadership helped guide Southside Christian to a successful spring campaign. His statistical production stood out in a strong field of candidates, but it was his overall influence on the program and ability to perform in high-pressure situations that separated him from the rest.
The selection was made by the Prep Baseball South Carolina scouting staff, a group that spent the spring evaluating players across the state at all levels. Through in-person scouting and comprehensive coverage, the PB staff remains committed to identifying and honoring the top amateur baseball talent in the country.
Bolemon joins a distinguished list of past recipients, and his performance in 2025 firmly cements his legacy in South Carolina high school baseball.
