Unsigned Upperclass Spotlight: Kahaku Harrison
May 22, 2025
The high school season is coming to a close as players now shift their focus to the summer circuit. The 2025 preseason showcase schedule featured the first-ever Hawaii Preseason Invitational—an eight-team tournament to kick off the year that saw all positional players run through a pro-style workout alongside our tech partners, while we also collected updated TrackMan pitching data on all arms during gameplay.
Our staff had eyes on over 100 players, and with the summer just around the corner, there is still a ton of quality uncommitted talent available in Hawaii’s upperclassman group. Over the next couple of weeks, our staff will begin highlighting some of these names who need to be on the radar of college coaches as the summer gets underway.
We continue our Top Uncommitted Upperclass Spotlight Series with '26 SS/2B Kahaku Harrison of the Punahou High School program. Harrison is an athletic MIF with smooth actions all around the infield. At the plate, he has a relaxed stance and keeps good rythm with his hands. Consitentely squares up baseballs, putting up an Avg. exit velocity of 91.1mph. You can expect to see that number rise as he adds more muscle to his 6'2" 195lbs frame. This article will take a deeper dive into some of Harrison's TrackMan hitting data, VALD Performance data, scouting reports, and videos of recent performances.
