2025 ROSTER
This year's roster is already shaping up nicely.
+ AJ Infantolino, C (Don Bosco Prep, 2027):
Uncommitted backstop, Infantolino is currently ranked No. 45 in the state's sophomore class. The catcher was in attendance and impressed at this past winters Preseason All-State: Underclass event. Infantolino flashed a 2.08-2.18 pop time while throwing 78 mph from the chute, in his round of BP, the right-handed hitter had EVs north of 95 mph. In the infield round, tossed the baseball at 83 mph across the diamond. Indantolino is a name to follow goint into this weekends Summer ID.
+ Luca Lanza-Ronquillo, RHP (Glen Rock, 2027):
Standing at 6-foot, 160-pounds, the right-handed pitcher has stood out in front of our staff previously this year. At the Wladyka Pitching Showcase, Lanza-Ronquillo threw a quality bullpen, flashing a three-pitch mix (FB, CB, CH) with the fastball sitting 82-83 T84 mph (2026 avg. spin), a curveball at 69-71 mph (2197 avg. spin), and a changeuo at 79-81 mph with ASR (18.5 in. TM). Lanza-Ronquillo should impress with his bullpen this Sunday. Currently ranked No. 89 in the states 2027 class.
+ Holden Cohn, C (Millburn, 2027):
Cohn, a 5-foot-9, 170-pound catcher, has been on our radar recently after showing well this winter at multiple events. The No. 30 overall prospect in the state's 2027 class has had notable defensive performances in front of our staff in the past, flashing pop times as low as 1.93, cosistantly low 2.00 range, as well as tossing 76 mph from the chute. In the BP rounds, Cohn has shown bat to ball skills, consistantly being on the barrel and had EVs up to 91 mph with a line drive approach.
+ Sam Bastardo, RHP (Morristown-Beard, 2027):
6-foot-1, 160-pound right-handed pitcher, Bastardo is due for a breakout event. In the fall, Bastardo showed our staff his three-pitch mix, with his fastball at 79-81 mph with 17.4 in. of HM and 22.4 in. of avg. TM, a slider at 71-73 mph, and a low spin changeup at 70-73 for strikes. Bastardo is an interesting follow for his upcoming bullpen on Sunday.
Perusing the event roster, we’re set to meet a majority of players who’ve not yet attended a Prep Baseball showcase, and we’re eager to add more names to our follow lists.
