In our update story, we broke down some prospects within the top-100 that made their debut, found below:
+ Mason Sims LHP Corona: Now Ranked: 14
On a Corona team loaded with talented upperclassmen the Soph. lefthander continues to find ways to impress the Prep Baseball California scouting staff across the board. Sims made five appearances, winning four games in 34.2 innings while striking out 46 hitters with only five walks and 18 hits allowed. Sims posted an impressive 1.62 ERA for his Soph. season working off a FB into the upper 80's which has shown the ability to touch the low 90's during short stints. Making his debut inside the Top 15 Sims has the potential to push for a future rise higher up this board.
