INF/OF Zayden Khalil (2028)
Coach Phillips and the Millers have seen a steady rise in their squad throughout the season in each of our opportunities to see them. A strong core of pitching and defense, they are led on the mound by senior Grady Hoke and junior Brayden Trogdon on Monday and Tuesday. Those two give Yukon an opportunity to beat anyone and add in senior and Barton CC commit Landon Ritchey as he has excelled in various roles being extended or closing along with producing in the middle of the lineup. Offensively, we have seen consistent growth from Game 1 to the present time as the group as a whole continues to develop. Led by SS Eddie Fish, he has produced near the top of the order throughout the year. We’ve also seen the emergence of Baylor Weaver in the leadoff spot set the table for Fish and sophomore Drake Pace. Pace has long levers and a feel for hitting showing the ability to use the whole field. Gabe Compton has shown to be one of the better catch and throw guys in the state as well as execute offensively when needed. Last, freshman Zayden Khalil has provided a spark since his insertion into the lineup at the hot corner with his best baseball in front of him getting better with each game. With the steady development of the team, mix of youth and experience, and the core of pitching and defense the Millers look to make noise in their postseason run.
Piedmont Wildcats

Overall Record: 23-12
District Record: 9-5
PLAYERS TO WATCH:
RHP Catcher Lindley (2025; NOC Enid)
INF/RHP Pryce McClure (2027)
OF/RHP Jack Guinn (2026)
C Reid Smith (2026)
INF Clayton Harrington (2026)
RHP Tucker Kipf (2027)
CF Zane Pruitt: (2026)
RHP/INF Drake May (2026)
RF Blaine Hollingshead (2028)
Coach Skokowski and the Wildcats have quietly put together another big year playing quality baseball with a long-known winning formula of excellent pitching and defense. They've once again amassed the 20 win mark and went an impressive 9-5 in district play. They are led by senior Catcher Lindley and junior Drake May on the mound which give them an opportunity to beat anyone on any given day. Lindley has turned in impressive starts throughout the year with advanced feel for his mix and the ability to tunnel the changeup on his armside running fastball. May is as good an athlete on the mound as you'll find, and has been fearless in attacking the zone with his entire mix as well. Offensively, they find the most success in executing at a high clip as they put together long, quality ABs throughout the lineup, utilize short game, and execute with runners at third base and less than two outs at a high level. Catcher Reid Smith and his high OBP have found success in the leadoff spot while CF Zane Pruitt, infielder Clayton Harrington, outfielder Nathan Ma, and junior Jack Guinn have all produced runs and shown the ability to put pressure on opposing defenses. The ability to not beat yourself, a winning trait this time of year, is written up and down the Piedmont lineup along with strong frontline starters that will make them a scary team throughout the postseason.
Putnam City North Panthers

Overall Record: 6-25
District Record: 4-10
PLAYERS TO WATCH:
INF Rocco Carattini (2025)
INF Aaron Wall (2025)
OF Junior Garcia (2025)
OF Jessie Aaron (2025)
OF Treague Ferguson (2027)
RHP Gavin Lang (2026)
Coach Johnson and the Panthers have had their share of challenges throughout the 2025 season on both sides of the ball. The senior led squad has shown the ability to score runs at times but battle inconsistency like many other squads. Led by four seniors - infielder Rocco Carattini, infielder Aaron Wall, outfielder Junior Garcia, and outfielder Jessie Aaron at the top of the Panther offense. On the mound, they are led by junior Gavin Lang who has put together good outings against strong district opponents throughout the year. They have an opportunity to make some noise this postseason with a front line starter like Lang and an experienced lineup. In order to make things difficult on their opponents, they'll need to find consistent quality ABs from all parts of the lineup.
Eisenhower Eagles

Overall Record: 7-22
District Record: 1-13
PLAYERS TO WATCH:
SS/RHP Charlie Trachte (2025)
OF Jayven Wesley (2027)
INF Jaydin Moore (2025)
C Colten Anderson (2026)
It's been tough sledding for Coach Shows and the Eagles for much of the year but they have showed the ability to score runs at different times this year. In their wins, they have scored more than seven runs in each of those games. They are led by senior Charlie Trachte, both on the mound and at the plate. He has been their most productive player and a track record of producing against quality competition. Fellow senior infielder Jaydin Moore has also been a bright spot for the Eagles. Sophomore outfielder Jayven Wesley also offers upside with youth and will get an opportunity to show his current ability with tough arms in the regional. Eisenhower will have their work cut out for them, but if they can produce offensively, finding a way to get to 7 runs then they can turn some heads.
