2025 ROSTER
This year's roster is already shaping up nicely, just like in years past.

Ayden Deome 3B / SS / West Park , CA / 2026From 3/20/25: “Deome is really starting to come around defensively after making the transition from third base to shortstop. He’s got more than enough arm strength to stay on the left side, he just needs more reps at the spot and he will be more than capable to play both. There were a couple balls hit to Deome and he had no problem making the routine play, hands are soft. Deome is looking a lot more physical this season too and it’s showing in his offense since he’s starting the season off hitting a whopping .536 with six doubles and one homerun already. Deome doesn’t just show his power to one side of the field, he continues to prove his pop to spray the ball all over. This game he went 2-4 with a double the other way that split the gap, Deome looked like he was running the bases really well, the 6’3” 200lb frame got to second base on that double with very clean turns. Unfortunately, the Panthers couldn’t secure the win but they sure showed a lot of fight to get back into the game late after being down early.” |

Davis Wilson RHP / SS / Clovis North, CA / 2027From 4/30/25: “Wilson is coming into this season as one of the top ‘27 arms in the whole state, Wilson was the only freshman last year to make the A’s Area Code Underclass team last summer. Seeing his size during pregame, I was impressed on how much stronger he’s gotten since the summer. During the BP before the game, Wilson was putting on some good swings in the cage, a lot of his approach was to the middle of the field trying to get base hits. In the game, Davis went 1-3 with a nice base hit to left field. Wilson also started on the bump for the Broncos, another big reason I wanted to come down to the Central Valley. Coming out the gate, Davis was pounding the zone with fastballs which was sitting between 89-93 MPH. There is a lot of tilt in his fastball when it comes out the hand. Wilson had a plethora of pitches in his bag that he showed off. His curveball was sitting between 76-77 with some good break, his sweeper was between 81-83 MPH. The pitch that I thought was the most effective was the cutter, when thrown to left handed hitters it was unhittable, he adds velocity to it as well so it's more firm out the hand. It's for sure a swing and miss pitch that will be deadly in the next couple years. I was very impressed by Wilson since he’s only a sophomore, the young buck has a very high ceiling and will only continue to dominate as he gets older and sticks to baseball.” |

Logan Georges RHP / Clovis, CA / 2026From 5/21/25: “The talented TCU commit out of the Central Valley showed off the lively arsenal the earned him that commit this spring for the Clovis Cougars in 22 innings of work. Over that span Georges had 32 punchouts while allowing only 20 baserunners (14 hits. one HBP and five walks). Opponents hits .175 with a .233 OBP over his seven appearances with a 3-0 record and a 0.64 ERA on the spring. Georges fastball was in the mid 90's with life while still flashing his impressive offspeed arsenal. NorCal Associate Director Hank LoForte was able to get eyes on him during a bullpen session during Hank's Central Valley trip this spring and the profile was heading in the upward direction based on all factors and we now see Georges trend up 12 spots inside the Top 20. Georges will be at the NorCal Procase on 5/31/25.” |

JP Harmon RHP / 3B / Novato, CA / 2026From 4/4/25: “This was my first look at Harmon in game action, after seeing him for the first time at the NorCal Preseason All-State event in January. After taking note of his showing at the event, Harmon delivered on both sides of the ball in the win over San Rafael. Pitching on zero days rest and against the same lineup, Harmon finished with a final line of 6 IP, 7 H, 6 K, 2 BB, and 1 R. The first time through the order, Harmon relied heavily on his FB (flashed a CH) , showing good ride at the top of the zone/above the letters, generating a number of whiffs. After giving up some hard contact in the middle innings, Harmon changed his approach the third time through the order, pitching backwards and going to his breaking balls much more often, confident throwing both in the zone for strikes. Harmon’s SL/CB both demonstrate solid movement profiles, with the SL displaying tight, late break and the CB showing good downward action. With smooth mechanics and repeatable delivery, Harmon demonstrates good control of all three pitches. Hitting out of the 5-spot, Harmon reached base in all four trips, putting together 4 quality AB’s. After a 5 pitch BB in his first trip, Harmon would follow up with back-to-back hard-hit singles, an 0-2 FB up the middle and one through the left side for 2 RBI. Harmon would close out his day with a bases loaded walk in the 6th. In the box, Harmon has a somewhat long stroke but can get his hands out in front often for a pull-side/up-the-middle approach. The Ole Miss commit remains disciplined at the plate while showing good bat-to-ball skills, fighting off multiple 2-strike pitches to create a strong, all-around profile.” |

Sammy Kane SS / RHP / JESUIT HIGH SCHOOL, CA / 2026From 3/7/25: “Kane is looking a lot more physical than the last time I saw him in the fall, he displayed a lot of quick actions during the pregame I/O. Kane hit in the leadoff spot but didn’t really do much as he went 0-3 on the day but did manage to lace a line drive that was caught by the LF. Where I was most impressed with Kane was his leadership on the field when he was playing shortstop and his ability to move the defense and talk with his infielders. There wasn’t a lot of hitting going on in the whole game but for the pitching, the Mararuders threw a plethora of quality arms at the Bells. He actually ended up getting the win for the Marauders as he came in the last inning and threw up a zero. The velocity was consistently sitting 91-92 MPH in his outing, the FB didn’t seem to be straight at all. The SL was at 75-75 MPH, the inning went by very quick, Kane was moving fast on the mound and wasn’t there to mess around. The athletic ‘26 has definitely made some strides since the summer time and it's looking quite promising.” |

Mariano Gonzalez LHP / OF / Vanden , CA / 2027From 1/30/25: “Mariano comes to Ohlone College from Vanden High School out of Fairfield, CA. The highly touted 27' attended his first Prep Baseball event and safe to say he opened a lot of eyes. The frame is solid at 6'0" 185lbs, athetlic body. Gonzalez is ranked the #55 overall player in country for the class of 2027 and ranked the #8 LHP in the land. Grip strength was 165.3 (R) & 148.9 (L). On the pitching side his FB was an event best at 90.4 MPH and sitting between 87.1-89.5 MPH, the spin on his FB was at 2444 RPM. The CB is nasty, 77.2-74.4 MPH with over 2800 RPM (2750 avg). His last pitch was the CH 72.1-75.5 MPH with a max spin of 1738 RPM. Very impressed with the southpaw. On the hitting side of things Mariano had a max EV of 98.4 MPH with an avg EV of 90.6 MPH. The two-way potential is there, but I see Gonzalez developing into a STUD on the bump. Expect to see a lot more of Mo on the summer circuit.” |

David Bernstine III SS / 2B / Vallejo High, CA / 2026From 3/28/25: “This was my first look at Bernstine, and the Cal commit caught my eye on both sides of the ball. At the plate, Bernstine opened with two straight XBH and reached base in all four trips. With Vallejo down 3-0 early, Bernstine got a rally started in the bottom of the 1st, barreling a 2-0 FB up into LCF for an RBI double. In his second AB, Bernstine would belt a 2-2 FB away and send it over the fence in RCF for a solo shot. Bernstine would finish his day with two straight BB’s, working multiple deep counts. In the box, Bernstine shows power to all fields, consistently finding the barrel thanks to his good bat speed, compact swing, and selective approach. Defensively, Bernstine demonstrates fluid actions at SS with good instincts. His plus baseball IQ was highlighted in the top of the 5th, when Richmond had a runner on 1st. Bernstine let a weak liner hit directly at him drop with hopes of turning a DP. However, the batter was called out due to some confusion on the field about a potential IF fly rule. With a solid arm at SS, Bernstine has the potential to stick at the position at the next level to go along with his solid all-around profile.” |
